I'm sold. Excellent personal service, great communication, good prices. I get the the impression that I can trust them and that they are not only a well qualified source for Mini service (and God knows, Mini's need lots of service), but they are an ethical and stand up little company. My Mini will be getting all it's service here from now on.

excellent service. these guys really know what they're doing and are fair and reliable. they diagnosed the trouble with my car and kept at it until they found the source if the problem. highly recommend them for Mini service.

I am a Mini owner and after a terrible customer experience at the local dealership for a simple oil change that spanned 3 days and no car, I grabbed my keys, googled another Portland option for my Mini and found Pacific Motorsports. The reviews were great so I literally drove right there from the west side of town and am so glad I did. My oil change was done by 5pm and while they mentioned a few areas that might need attention in the future, they specifically told me those could wait until next time. I thought, what mechanic is this that's not pushing work on me, someone who is obviously clueless about cars, but instead is educating me so I can make the right decision!?!? I love this place and the people are honest and look out for you. If I ever sell my Mini, I'll likely buy a BMW or another Mini JUST so I can keep coming back to them!
