Pete and the team at PM are a breath of fresh air! After getting the Lithia runaround, I am pleased to report that PM has taken very good care of my mini. I called 4 different shops to get an estimate on a clutch kit, and PM came in $400 less than other shops- and they stuck to the budget and didn't overinflate the service need (ahem... aka Lithia).

I was an idiot and kissed a curb during our winter weekend. Came into PacMoSpo and they diagnosed the problem, found a replacement part, and repaired it while I waited. Hard to find anything wrong with that kind of service. Did I mention I just dropped in, and probably was the last thing they wanted to see first thing Monday morning. Thanks guys...great job.
