I am going on three years as a customer and your customer care and always sticking with diagnosing a problem are just two things that keep bringing me back. The fact your business is growing even in a sometimes challenging financial climate, is certainly an indicator of others recognizing quality. Also how many dealer and independent shops are there where you can actually find the owner out on the floor, he knows you by name and gives you as much of his time as you need.
