Great service!! They were able to accommodate the appointment time I requested, and I was able to wait while they did the inspection. I feel confident in the recommendations they suggested, and I will definately have them do the work.

Pete called early Monday morning in response to my Sunday email. I was able to take our Minicoop to the shop the same morning, wait a short time for an evaluation, and authorize needed repairs for that day. We had our car back the same day. No waiting, no hassle. I have been taking my 1995 540i to PM for a couple of years now. They treat their customers with great respect, and the work they have done has been very competent, professional and fairly priced. They even squeezed in a one-day emergency radiator replacement for me when a hose connector failed during my afternoon commute and I just dropped it off en route. Most importantly, I believe they give enough attention to diagnosing problems correctly to avoid performing unnecessary work as a result of misdiagnosis (which I have experienced at other garages). I plan to keep taking my car there for excellent and attentive care.

I stopped by the other day because my headlight was burned out. Peter and Matt immediately jumped right on it and within 15 minutes, I was back on the road. Once again, I had amazing service from the team at Pacific Motorsports! I had a broken cable in the door opening mechanism that they had to get the part from California and had it back to me in short order! I am so happy not to have to pretend to be Luke or Bo Duke any more! Thanks guys.
