The only reason I did not give you five stars is because I had to wait over an hour while we determined where my keys were! HA! Okay, that was a simple human error and I changed my rating!!Seriously, I love you guys. No one wants to put money into their car - especially an old car that needs SO much work. But if you're going to do it, there is no better place to get the service done than Pacific Motorsports. I've driven BMW's for 39 years. I have been to several places. I have never felt 100% trust until now. And it is nice to pick up a car that has been cleaned inside and out!

I have been to Pacific Motorsports several times for my BMW and have received excellent customer service every time. Their staff is beyond competent and they always answer my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Coming from a customer who knows little about the mechanics of a car, I always walk away from Pacific Motor Sports feeling like I was given the best deals and the most helpful information. It is clear that their staff wants to create trusting and long-lasting relationships with their customers.
