I have used Pacific Motors sports for a few years now for our Mini Cooper and they are fantastic! The staff is always great and they are very through about our car and keep us updated and provide estimates for future repairs (our mini is nearly 10 years old) which I appreciate. Great place!

I have a new BMW mechanic. I expect places to do a thorough diagnostic (especially when bringing a car in for the first time) and they caught everything I was aware of as well as a handful of additional, valid issues which could be addressed prior to them becoming problems. Additionally, the car came back extremely clean (moreso than when it was dropped off) which is much more than can be said for the last mechanic who inexplicably left greasy hand prints on the sliding sunroof cover.

Pacific Motorsports was kind enough to do a diagnostic test as soon as my car was towed in even though my appointment was two days away. They were able to fix the problem I was having with my relay switch and I received my car two days later. Also, they looked over a recommendation I received from another repair shop and determined that the recommended service was not needed. They're the most honest repair shop that I know.

The people at Pacific Motorsports are honest, professional and highly skilled. The cost of the work is much less than taking the car to a BMW dealer and they stand behind their products and service.

PMS is great. I dropped in to get a front light replaced and only got charged for the bulb $1.85. I can always count on them for advice about my now 10 YO MINI.

First time at pacific and I was very pleased. I wasn't having anything fixed just some boltons I didn't wanna tackle myself! Very pleased with the service and professionalism. Very fair, honest, and polite Would recommend to anyone with a German car who needs a good shop.
