Quick Service - I was able to make an emergency appointment and receive feedback same day or the next depending on time they have my automobile. I've been happy to keep taking my BMW to Pacific Motorsport for standard checkups and reworks when required.

Great service, checked with me on each additional bit of work, clear about options and possible problems. BMW--not a cheap car to work on, but I came away paying a bit less than I expected. Very satisfied.

They were able to take me on very short notice (Valve Cover Gasket change) and found a water leak in the process. That could have been disabling to the car. Had both done and me out of there in less than 4 hours. They were more than eager to help me. I have always been served great by them and would recomend them in a heartbeat.

Before, during & pick up. Mark was very helpful. Maija was great during the entire process, especially keeping me informed as to service needs/requirements (now as well as future), costs, & contacting me on a timely basis! I have had to typically push for that info & timeliness at other shops. Most appreciated!. Bottom line, I trusted them to put my interests first & not their bottom-line.

Overall terrific service and done on time. They arranged to have a rental car for me while the work was done making things much easier for me. My car was also returned having been washed which was a nice unexpected surprise. My only tiny complaint is the service light was on when I picked the car up because of washer fluid. Minor but should have been caught I think. Overall, good experience and I will go back.
