My wifes' X3 had a catastrophic cooling leak fairly close to Pacific, so I took it in. Even without an appointment, they diagnosed and replaced.the cracked expansion tank the same day. Friendly, informative and helpful. This is our first BMW, and we now have our preferred shop!

I was able to obtain an appt with ease. When a problem was detected, the explanation was thorough and concise. A follow-up appt was scheduled. Everyone seems to be knowledgeable and eager to help.

Awesome! Dennis (at the front desk) was thorough, up front, to the point and when I picked up the car there were no surprises. Great experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Happy to have gotten my car in quickly! I was veery impressed with the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with, especially the young woman at the front desk. Car diagnosis and repair were clearly explained. As a new customer I like that they will be setting up a 'profile' for tracking and future service . I am pleased to have had Pacific Motorports recommended to me and look forward to becoming a loyal customer -- just as I was with my previous service provider.

Outstanding pre-service consultation and recommendations. They actually recommended against some parts replacement (and associated labor costs) that I had initially considered. We always bring our BMWs here for service (2007 335i and 2013 X3 35i). Dennis King is our Service Advisor and he is great to work with- responsive, honest, and really nice. We also leased a new I3 recently, partially due to their positive experience with their I3. Although we won't take that there for service because of the factory warranty and service plan, they were totally supportive of the purchase. We highly recommend PMI! - James and Rose King.
