Overall, I found the service to be excellent. I felt confident my car was in very good hands. Courtesy inspection is appreciated, as well. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. A ride downtown to work would have been nice, but not required.

I ended spending a lot more money than I anticipated and I'll be the first to admit I do not know anything about cars, but I felt as though the mechanics were being honest and took the time to explain to me why the fix was necessary. They also respected me when I said I financially could not afford all their recommendations and came up with a plan of what needed to be done now and what could wait for later.

Amazing service! Great staff! Always a smile from Maiya who works the front desk & is a mechanic herself and can explain things in English! I have a BMW X5 that has been worked on by "others" and this shop has been top notch in identifying what needs care. They categorize levels of importance and we go from there with less anxiety on my part as well as financial stress. Highly recommended for those BMW owners who have sworn off the dealership for repairs & for we ladies who need an interpreter like Maiya.

Once again, the team at Pacific has done an amazing job keeping my 2001 740IL on the road again!

Another example of outstanding customer service: I was driving this past week and noticed that when starting my E90 328 that it was barely turning over. Drove immediately to Pacific. They quickly took the car in the shop and declared both the battery and charging system sound, but that the problem my be a failing starter. Since they had no actual basis to know that the starter was failing without performing an expensive procedure, they recommended that I continue to drive the car and see if the problem persists. Knock on wood; it hasn't. Thanks, Pacific

We were far away from home when the fuel pump in our beloved 2001 325i wagon quit, leaving us and our dog on foot in Portland. Pacific Motorsports made a hole in their packed schedule and had our car back on the road in one day. They salvaged our trip and were extremely friendly and helpful in the process. These are great people and they love dogs, too

Service was preformed on time and a list of recommended repairs was included on the invoice. The car was also cleaned when I picked it up.

I've been taking my BMW 5 to these folks for the last 10 years. I've always experienced friendly service. They have always been transparent on their work, diagnosis, and honest up front on what is recommended and what really is a critical fix. I will continue to take my car to them as long as I have my BMW. They are awesome!
