Excellent service.

I will never take my BMW anywhere else. This is my third BMW. I went to two other shops before I found PM. Pacific Motorsports' staff/mechanics are experts at BMW issues and resolution. This is their love and their focus. They are also priced very competitively. They are friendly, fast and very accommodating. If you truly care about your car, this is the place to have it serviced, in my humble opinion. And before I forget to mention it, the location is fabulous - just SE of the Ross Island Bridge.

Pacific Motorsports was extremely helpful in both scheduling and doing the actual work. I signed up last minute for a track day and they were able to fit me in to do an inspection and some work. Very nice and easy to deal with.

Had a through diagnostic done on my 22 y/ o 525 IMaya was most helpful and explained all the findings and necessary repairs. Work was completed in a timely manner. Car runs great. I would most definitely return to this shop again for any BMW needs.

Maija Perala has made the experience here at Pacific Motorsports incredible. She is clear in her communication, prompt with a response and works through different options and solutions to fix your vehicle. Most of all she represents the company as a trustworthy mechanic that is always looking out for the best interests of their consumers.

The best. I have had my car serviced here for many years and I have experienced above and beyond care. You cannot ask for anything better than top notch service and the friendliest staff in town. If there were 10 stars...I would rate them 11.

I recently purchased a 2008 2 door Mini Cooper. Some routine maintenance recently came up and I found this place on a web search. I immediately got in, they were great at communicating the work to be done and the price estimated. The bill aligned with the estimate. The car was cleaned. I was notified as soon as the work was complete. They exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend this place.

Great customer experience. I drop off my car, the communicate with me about the repairs, fix it, wash it and return it. Prices are fair. Work and Customer Service are exceptional.
