I can't say enough good things about these guys. I live out of state and hired Pacific Motorsports to do a pre purchase inspection of a BMW I was considering buying in Portland. I asked for extra tests such as compression and cooling system pressure check, and they charged reasonable, normal rates unlike their nearby competitors who quoted astronomically silly fees for these items. The inspection they did was far more comprehensive and in-depth than any other PPI I've had done before, and their communication skills are excellent. They found things I am sure other shops would have missed, and they don't skimp on the details. Honestly, I have yet to find a reasonable, intelligent, fairly priced BMW shop here in So Cal like Pacific Motorsports. I just wish I lived closer!

Amazing -seriously! I am uber picky with mechanics, as my daughters boyfriend is my BMW mechanic, and my stepdad, so they do most of my work. I expect the same high quality, friendly, accurate swift service from merchants I do business with, as I do from family or friends. I also work for a business consulting firm and have low tolerance of bad attitudes. THIS BUSINESS IS FAST FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HAPPY and amazing!

Pacific Motorsports is the BEST! I have been using them for years to keep my 2001 525I wagon going tip top, not an easy feat. They are professional, quick and very easy to talk to. Matt is always willing to go the extra mile. Several times I've needed emergency help/service and they were quick to respond or get me in the same day, even meeting me at my vehicle once when the tow truck driver couldn't unlock my vehicle! I am a woman and they always explain things in detail without making me feel like a burden. Something I've experienced at other shops in the past. Plus they send you away with a shiny freshly washed car. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Matt and Mark and Mia were very professional. This was my first time I used them for my BMW repairs. Mia in particular was very helpful communicating with me on a regular basis regarding my repair issues and needs. They all worked with me regarding my budget and I felt great about my first experience with them all. I will continue to use them in the future and will recommend then to my friends and family.
