I had taken my 2002 BMW 325i here when I had it, as they were my preferred shop and close to my work. A decade later and now they work on my 2011 Mini JCW; which they are actively working on now. I had an engine overheat incident which caused some pretty significant damage. Chris has kept me up to speed whenever new information presents itself. My bill so far is shockingly high but after comparing prices with the dealership and another mini certified shop, their prices are competitive with other private shops and definitely beats the dealership. Whenever I have a problem, I call or text and they walk me through what they recommend after hearing my problem. I trust them when it comes to my vehicle and know it's in good hands. The cost of ownership / maintenance on these European cars are obviously expensive; that much is unavoidable. They do however make it feel not QUITE as bad and they have fantastic customer service.

I love Pacific Motorsports, and will come back for all future repairs and maintenance. As a woman, some mechanics take advantage of our "perceived" ignorance. Pacific treats everyone with dignity and respect. I brought my Mini Cooper in because it failed the DEQ inspection. I got an appointment two weeks out, they found the problem and will fix it a week later. They do an excellent job but it’s a lengthy wait process and repairs are expensive. They are honest and knowledgeable. You are paying for a first class service.
