Pac Moto takes the long view...they have cared for my car since I've owned it (8 years) and in that time have always been very helpful and willing to go into detail on what is or, even better, is not needed to be done. They do a great job in a timely fashion and treat their customers well.

I feel like two hours was a long time for an oil change, but I enjoyed my conversations with the staff. It made the time go by faster. They did, however, perform a vehicle inspection and a wash, as well. My car was clean and ready to go when they pulled it out of the garage. I will allow more time when scheduling my next appointment.

PMS has amazing customer service and will be able to help you maintain your BMW well into the future. Maija has helped me plan out what kind of maintenance needs I will be looking at budget accordingly. This is the best BMW shop in Portland hands down.
