My shop for 10 years. You're the greatest!

Driving from Idaho, my 325xi started having electrical issues. Pacific Motorsports worked me in (on a Friday afternoon) to diagnose the problem. (Most shops wouldn't even try to help diagnose it.) Their technicians figured it out, rushed in the parts and got me back on the road. They are professional, easy to work with, and answered all of my annoying questions.

Excellent staff. Keeps you informed throughout. Prompt and honest. Reasonable

Service was friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone with an out of warranty BMW.

Having owned 6 Mini Coopers in three states has taught me the importance of finding a service shop that understands mini coopers and how they work. I moved to Portland two years ago and on a strong recommendation decided to give pacific the chance to earn my business, and they have. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly professionals. Since my first visit I've taken my minis there exclusively and have never had a problem. They communicate every step of the way and I've never been hit with a surprise when it came time to pick my cars up. If you are reading this because you are trying to find a service shop you can trust with your car than look no further.

I am always treated great, know what I am getting, and never feel I am being “processed” here! The crew works hard to please!

Had a PPI done here. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate me and did an excellent job keeping me informed during the process and walking me through the results. Due to the thoroughness of the PPI, I passed on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Motorsports-they know their stuff and are nice people!

I brought my 2014 BMW X1 in because of a noise. You correctly diagnosed a failing transfer case. This was bad news for a car with less than 50,000 miles because the repair would cost $5,000. You recommended that I go to the the BMW dealer (where I had bought it used about 3 months earlier) and see if they might be able to pay for part or all of the repair since it was unusual for this problem at such low miles (car was out of warranty due to age). I followed your advice and luckily the dealer and BMW picked up the total cost and my car is now running perfectly. You saved me $5,000, even though it meant you didn't get the repair business. Well, you earned all my future business. I just want to add that Chris did a wonderful job of informing both my wife and me about the diagnosis of the problem. We aren't car people but Chris did a great job of making us feel comfortable with the steps you took to determine the problem. Then, when I went to the dealer, they doubted that your diagnosis was correct, even after driving with me and hearing the noise. Turns out you were right and they were wrong. Anyway, job well done, guys!
