Chris was prompt, friendly, and got my Mini to the bay quickly. Scheduled oil change included an overall inspection and an electronic report. Took just under an hour, and my car was washed at the end. Good service for an uncomplicated job. Will be my regular Mini service spot.

PM team fit me into their schedule on short notice after I encountered some warning codes. Their quick diagnosis and thorough explanation helped me understand exactly what was wrong and what options I had for a path to resolution. I'm very happy I decided to go with PM on my first few regular maintenance services and now some repair services. These guys have earned my trust and recommendations.

I’ve been taking my MINI to Pacific Motorsports for the last few years and have only been happy with their service and friendliness. In fact, they only continue to improve (and go above and beyond) - they’ve incorporated new/up to date technology for record keeping (that includes actual pictures of issues found in your car for you to view) and give thorough explanations making sure you understand exactly what is going on. The commmunication is on point for sure! I always feel like a valued customer with them, to say the least.

I give these guys 5 stars because the gave me excellent service, on short notice, and did top notch work. They even hand-washed my car. This was my first time taking my Mini here and I won’t go anywhere else.
