Pacific Motorsports always does a great job taking care of my vehicle. I have gone to them since I purchased my 540i in Tulsa and drove it back. They have consistently done a great job.

Recently did the water pump & thermostat myself and sadly a hose popped off on my drive home. Got it to Pacific Motorsports to fix and from the phone call to schedule, inspection to pick-up was a great experience. Took it in for a repair left feeling my was fixed, not feeling like 20 other things could be wrong with a hefty quote of what ifs and maybes. Thanks for the support today!

I have always had a great experience with Pacific Motorsports. I have taken my BMW and my Minis there for almost 10 years. They are always honest and fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I bought an X5 from a friend. The car was always brought to PMI so I chose to keep the service there. This was my first service during my ownership. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Though I hope to not have to fix my car often, I do look forward to working with PMI for my future services.

Wish I could use Pacific Motorsports for every vehicle I own. Excellent customer service, upfront about charges and very knowledgeable.

I have 2 BMW's and have had both serviced at this shop. One of my cars is a classic model 1976 2002. This shop is great for anyone with a classic as they do have capability to not just work on the newer models but they are great with the classics as well. I have had them DEQ my classic now for the 3rd time. I really appreciate not only do they make sure it is running clean at its best they also take it through the testing for me, which I really appreciate! i don't use this shop all the time as i have a really good BMW specialist that is closer to my home. Otherwise I would have my cars serviced here more frequent. I have been to many Portland BMW shops. I will say this shop is good quality work and I feel they are trustworthy. The last time my car was there they also washed it, which to me is a bonus plus and I do appreciate they take the time to make a customer extra happy!

I am always appreciative of the kind, honest, and timely support provided by the team at Pacific Motorsports. Matt and Chris have been invaluable when issues arise with my more-than-gently used 2006 325Ci, and I have come to count on their transparency and service.

This is a great place to take your car - I have had a number of things repaired on my 2005 BMW Z4 over time, and these folks have always done a great job - fast, fair and highest quality work! They discuss options, what and why they recommend repairs, costs, (even options to put some things off if that might be appropriate).
