In the absolute worst time in my life, this shop made it a little brighter. Driving to Portland from Bend, my '06 Mini Cooper S decided to totally give up the ghost - or at least maybe acquire new ones. After a quick Google search, I landed on Pacific Motorsports and had the car towed there. The day before we discovered that my daughter had terminal cancer. I really have no words to describe the kindness and care they showed me. That, and an extremely complexing repair. The repair ended up being a complete engine bay wiring harness that had been wicking up oil from the oil sensor resulting in multi-system failure. The repair itself was excellent, but again, during the most difficult time in my life, their kindness and care went well beyond words. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart.

Staff was friendly and they communicated well. I wasn’t sold on unneeded repairs, and am happy with the service. They also washed the car, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended.
