On short notice there service was prompt and very good. the service people and techs were very fast and friendly. They do great work. I would recomend them any day. If you want your bmw done right they are the place to go.

I can only speak from a mini owners view point. For all who own a mini and are looking for a really profesional place to get an honest work done on their car then this is the place to go. These are expensive cars and price comes with the package but with the fair price pacific offers comes with awesome customer service, detailed summary of your vehicle with photos to back their claim and honesty when inquiring about any problems. These guys are great!

Great guys to deal with... I trust these guys. If your car doesn't need something, they don't push it... "honest mechanics" is NOT an oxymoron.

Pacific Motorsports has been working with me since last August to restore a 1985 535i. We have had many interactions along the way and I have found them to be superb in every way from the professionalism and courtesy of their interactions to the excellent quality of their work. Chris Riehl has kept me regularly updated as I do not live in the area. He has worked tirelessly to source the best parts available worldwide for this project and taken a personal interest in seeing that it turns out perfectly. The quality of the craftsmanship by Karl and the mechanic team there has been excellent as well. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

Great service, as usual. Stopped by for new wiper blades. They installed them in just a few minutes, then checked the oil and topped it off with 1/2 quart at no charge!
