Great work by the team - had my car in and out and back on the street in no time. Took the time to explain the issue and how they'd investigate and resolve it.

Service was great! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was going to be late for a meeting and one of the staff members actually drove me to my meeting while my car was being worked on. I will continue to take my X3 to them.

I have not been to PMI in two years so I forgot about how happy I was every time I took my car there. This time was no exception; I was in a rush to get an oil change and Chris managed to fit me in. Great customer service, friendly people. I love the provided digital inspection, with pictures and valuable information to help a novice like me make some decisions.

Chris is amazing! So very informative. He explained everything I needed to know about my beloved Mini and spoke to me with respect! So many mechanics will talk down to you or tell you to fix things that are not necessary to fix. They fixed my baby up extremely quick and even waited for me while I was running behind to pick her up. They are priced reasonable and fair. No price gouging like so many technicians. I would without a doubt refer them to anyone who needs their car Maintenance! You can tell they take great pride in their work! Thanks for the amazing work and care! I’ll be going here for any car needs in the future!
