I have not been to PMI in two years so I forgot about how happy I was every time I took my car there. This time was no exception; I was in a rush to get an oil change and Chris managed to fit me in. Chris is amazing! So very informative. He explained everything I needed to know about my beloved Mini and spoke to me with respect! So many mechanics will talk down to you or tell you to fix things that are not necessary to fix. They fixed my baby up extremely quick and even waited for me while I was running behind to pick her up. They are priced reasonable and fair. No price gouging like so many technicians. I would without a doubt refer them to anyone who needs their car Maintenance! You can tell they take great pride in their work! Thanks for the amazing work and care! I’ll be going here for any car needs in the future!
