I’ve taken my Mini to Pacific Motorsports several times, and each experience is five star service. The staff is thoroughly knowledgeable and very clear explaining the work, price structure and expectations. Yeah, it’s not fun when a job may be costly, it happens. I know they are doing it professionally and properly at a reasonable price. I feel confident taking my car to Pacific Motorsports. It’s an honorable, clean, professional auto shop.

The whole process has been very smooth from making an appointment to the car pick-up after tire alignment is complete. The way they carefully followed the COVID protocol gave a peace of mind for me and all other clients, I am sure. Chris has been thorough in answering my questions. As a bonus, my car was looking clean after being hand washed. Thanks for your excellent service!

I have been using Pac Motorsports for a few years now. I’m an enthusiast, so I’ve brought them tons of different BMWs. E30 318is, E34 540i, E34 525i, E28 535is, E34 530i and an E90 330i. Everything from head gaskets to suspension to electrical problems from old water leaks. Excellent service every time. Although the service isn’t “cheap”, you save money by getting accurate diagnoses instead of someone fumbling to figure out the problem for a week at a time. Plus, given the concourse level cars I see parked there now and again, I can only assume they’re the best BMW mechanics in town.

We were offered comprehensive customer service, efficient and timely repairs, and a wealth of knowledge. Chris offered thorough explanations and options for repairs/maintenance and my husband and I were kept informed throughout the entire process. Great efforts were made towards sanitation and social distancing for the safety of customers. We are very pleased with the service and expertise and will return for ongoing repairs and maintenance.
