I have a 1989 e30 and new to the area. I’ve taken the car to a few other BMW specialty shops in the area before but was never satisfied with the information I was getting about the car. I was finding that the shops were not calling out obvious maintenance items needed on the car and really just felt like any other shop and not a specialty shop. I was a little timid about bringing the car to another shop but decided to bring it to Pacific Motors for an annoying ABS light that’s been intermittently on and was floored to find that they did a courtesy health check of the vehicle with a link with pictures of every maintenance items found on the car and a green/yellow/red marker of how crucial it was to get fixed. Also the owner Mark took the time to hand wash the car and introduced himself and spent time to talk with me about his love for e30s. Being new the area it was really refreshing to find a great shop and also know that they care about my car in detail as much as I do. They found the issue with my abs light, gave me an education on my personal e30, and got my trust again on taking my car to a shop when needed ! Thanks Pacific Motorsport!

This shop is amazing! They gave me the most thorough prepurchase inspection I've ever seen. Also, when I was researching shops I called a few different places, and Pacific was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me so much great advice. Their passion for these cars is evident. Their price per hour was also quite competitive with other specialty BMW shops. I had a few special needs/requests, and they were right on top of it. If you're looking for a BMW shop, just go with these guys. They'll give it to you straight.

Finding a place for auto care is a real pain!! Trust is the key issue in my book...can I trust them to be honest and provide good advice regarding my vehicle. Many places just start replacing components and swapping things out hoping that the problem is solved. My experience at Pacific Motorsports has been very good over many years and a couple different vehicles. Chris is an honest and open person who works hard to provide good information and lets you make decisions as to what works for you. I appreciate his approach and the work we have received here. I would recommend you give them a try and I think you'll be happy you did.
