I believe I found the primary home for our BMW X5 that we are very much enjoying. I spoke with the owner on my first call for about 20 minutes and when I brought the vehicle in, Chris was great and we sat down and connected for a bit. I had them do a Post Auto Inspection where they went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and the car came out in great shape with just a couple things that I need to do. I now have peace of mind on where the vehicle is in terms of condition. I have already set up my next appointment to take care of a few hiccups. It’s nice to know we found trustworthy and friendly mechanics close by that believe in what they do for a living.

Chris and everyone I spoke with were absolutely amazing I was worried when I got my mini about finding a trust worthy shop to take it to , but hands down pacific is everything I was needing and more I'll be going there as long as I own a mini THANKS CHRIS!!!

Diagnosis was very in detail. Never had shop have such attention to detail on everything. They found the issue you had and made the recommendation not pushy and we went forward with repair. Picked up car next day washed and drives amazing now. Incredibly honest and a true value in auto repair! This is the only place to go for your BMW or Mini! So glad I found them. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything that was going on with my car, and I just really appreciated that customer service. He went above and beyond! My BMW X1 started having overheating and shifting issues. I took it to Pacific Motor Sports where the problems were diagnosed within the same day. It took a week to fix, only because parts took a couple days to get to the shop. Chris was super helpful and checked in with me throughout the process of my car being fixed.
