First time BMW owner and I was kind of nervous about trusting any shop that wasn’t apart of the dealership. Pacific Motorsports came highly recommended from a friend. The customer service is awesome. I got an introduction to who they were as a shop and why they were passionate about cars and what they do. I brought my car in for a low beam bulb change, something I could have done myself but with no time in the schedule and my vehicle being a mountain commuter having a headlight out just wasn’t an option. The service was very quick and they even washed and detailed my car inside and out. They say no one will clean your car as well as you do but “Jimmy” definitely got really darn close. Long story short, phenomenal shop and will most definitely be having all necessary maintenance and service done by them!

I believe I found the primary home for our BMW X5 that we are very much enjoying. I spoke with the owner on my first call for about 20 minutes and when I brought the vehicle in, Chris was great and we sat down and connected for a bit. I had them do a Post Auto Inspection where they went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and the car came out in great shape with just a couple things that I need to do. I now have peace of mind on where the vehicle is in terms of condition. I have already set up my next appointment to take care of a few hiccups. It’s nice to know we found trustworthy and friendly mechanics close by that believe in what they do for a living.

Chris and everyone I spoke with were absolutely amazing I was worried when I got my mini about finding a trust worthy shop to take it to , but hands down pacific is everything I was needing and more I'll be going there as long as I own a mini THANKS CHRIS!!!

Found this place after my wife bought a new to her BMW X5. Had a minor suspension issue we didn't want to become a major issue. Their reviews speak for themselves. Chris greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the car. He immediately had a conversation open through text about what was going on. Kept me in the loop from start to finish. Diagnosis was very in detail. Never had shop have such attention to detail on everything. They found the issue you had and made the recommendation not pushy and we went forward with repair. Picked up car next day washed and drives amazing now. Incredibly honest and a true value in auto repair! This is the only place to go for your BMW or Mini! So glad I found them.
