As always, an excellent experience! Everyone here is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I am always given an estimate of costs, a follow up written/verbal review of work done, and future work projected. Work is done in a timely manner ~~ on time or earlier. While not a convenient location for me, I will always make the effort to have Pacific Motor Works service my sweet little Mini. Thanks guys!

There is no better place to take your BMW. I took my car to a few others in the area and my experiences were never good. I’ve been taking my car here for years now. They are kind, courteous and excellent mechanics. Once you take your car here you’ll never go anywhere else.
