I've been using Pacific Motorsports for a couple years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for BMW service. Always presented with a full estimate before work is started. Turnaround time is very quick. And the staff has always been friendly and professional. Mark has a great thing going here!

My electric window broke and PM told me to bring it in the next morning. They had the part there and took me in first thing as I had a business meeting at 11AM. They had it repaired in under 2 hours.

From the minute you enter Pacific Motor Sports and talk with one of the technicians you know that you've made the right decision for your car. Very knowledgable and easy to communicate with. Thanks to everyone!

No big story or whatever, but just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Pacific Motorsports. Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

Great shop, hot techs! I didn't know much about cars until my husband got me a BMW for my 40th and I simply love it. The maintenance is pretty intense with BMWs, if you don't keep up, you can really mess everything up. I went to the dealership at first (they explained all of the periodic maintenance), then went to Pacific Motorsports because they're closer to our home and I was thrilled with the service. It's the first time I've ever had a mechanic explain how a car works and actually understood! The prices are cheaper than the dealership, and did I mention the tech was hot? ;)

Professional and Courteous! So I was driving my '99 328i the other day on the highway when it overheated and steaming from the engine. I called Pacific motorsports and they sent a tow truck to pick my car and my self up. Turned out I had a broken water pump. They had the part there and it was repaired while I waited. The technition was very patient and explained the problem as well as alerting me to other worn parts. The price was right and the service was excellent. Thanks Alot!!!!

Ahh, the beloved Mini. Drives like a go-cart, looks pretty cool, and line of cars that apparently has a history of transmission problems. Sigh. Recently our Mini's transmission died and we were faced with the challenge of finding a place that would work on Minis that is not the dealer (i.e. that won't charge us a BILLION dollars). Unfortunately our favorite place (see "Dufresne's Auto Shop") did not have the specialty tools to work on the Mini's transmission, but via some Mini owner forums we were sent to this place. THANK GOD! These guys were awesome! Completely transparency in everything they did, fantastic client service and just nice people. They even took photos of some of the things they did because they thought we would be interested to see just how crazy it looks when you have to dismantle the front end of a Mini. So! I highly suggest these guys to ALL Mini owners, and from what I saw they have only rave reviews from BMW owners also. It seems rare to find such great car places -- what a find!

Pacific Motorsports is on SE Powell, in between Milwaukee and the Ross Island Bridge. Strictly a BMW shop, their specialty seems to be performance tuning and supping up BMWs to race. However, they work on all BMWs and do everything from maintenance to restoration etc. I found them because my old beamer wasn't starting well and my battery kept dying. Called them up and spoke to the most awesome, knowledgeable, and patient client service person--Norma. She listened to me ramble for a while and then told me a couple things that might be the cause of my problems. Worked me in to their schedule the very next day and called me within hours of me dropping the car off to tell me they'd diagnosed the problem (bad diode in the alternator if your interested!) Anyway, their service and knowledge is outstanding here and their pricing seems more than fair.
