I've been a customer for several years with two BMWs. I appreciate the personal touch and confidence that the work will be flawless. Wouldn't think of going to any other shop.

They provided me with a list of what needed to be fixed. They were honest about what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait. Happy with the work done. 1st time customer, so giving 4 stars instead of 5. Saving 5 stars to give them if next visit is as good as this visit.

Julie at the front counter has to be the most knowledgeable and friendly person when she welcomes you, she knows a lot about BMW's! Don't under estimate her, she is sharp. Mark and James are always ready to assist and answer questions, friendly and top notch. Everybody there always makes you feel welcome and they really know a lot about BMW's. Every service visit is refreshing--even the expensive ones. Service crew from business owner through mechanics and office staff know their stuff. They offer opinions on what among various ailments really must be done to keep car performing. The mechanic performing the work is always available for direct consultation.
