Appointment was made and completed promptly and at a price below the local "chain store" BMW dealer. 2004 X-3 is at 70K, and time for some TLC. These folks know what is best and have been the best I've used so far. Brakes, belts, filters, plugs, all done as quoted.

Quick same day service and as seems typical with my old BMW, troubleshooting was required. Tough cars to work on. Appreciate the work and quick scheduling. This experience reiterates the fact that owning an old car is not a poor man's game.

Pacific Motorsports was great at scheduling and following through on the work they did (brake sensor had tripped). They didn't sell me brakes all around--just the back breaks. At a fair price, labor and parts, it was nice to know they weren't replacing extra things just to take more money. Additionally, they prepared and emailed four clear estimates of work that will be needed at some point (odometer is at almost 100K), but not just yet. Staff was friendly and efficient. I'm giving 5 stars because while my experience should be the norm, Pacific Motorsports did what few shops do--provided good customer service at a fair cost. The fact that it is rare makes it excellent!
