The guys were super nice and had the correct part I needed at a great price! Diagnosed the noise I was having on the front of my E46 very closely. It was indeed a broken pulley NOT the water pump like my normal mechanic said (the water pump pulley was broken so no shame to the mechanic). Would use them again.

Everyone is very friendly and attentive.

Pacific Moto does top of the line work, very professional, always clean up when they are done, and take care of the details. I like the fact they take a pragmatic approach to your care care, and never pressure you to get stuff done. YOu'll spend a lot less than you would at a dealer for dealer-quality work (maybe better...)

you fixed my leak, my key fob, my expansion tank leak (that i thought was the radiator and was going to cost a fortune) and went the extra mile to dry out my carpets and clean. all the while keeping me up to date on the parts situations and explaining my options. thanks!

While I was only getting my oil changed, PMS did a great job both meeting my expectations as to schedule and cost, but they also identified possible risks that I will need to address in the future. I always feel that I am getting a good value, and intend to use them again.
